Quality Assurance Engineer
About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement of quality, both in products and process flows.
- Coordinate regular reviews with customers to understand their complaints on any quality issue of the products we shipped. In case of customer complaints, investigate and address their complaints accordingly in a timely manner.
- Coordinate customer audits or visits for customer qualification or quality issues.
- Ensure the products we shipped can meet or exceed customer’s quality requirements.
- Able to manage and facilitate Company’s ISO 9001/14001:2015 QMS and EMS systems.
- Able to manage different process teams to drive continuous improvements and manufacturing outputs.
- Provide trainings for onboarding Inspection Operators.
Requirements:
Successful candidate will typically have the following skill set:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or (Mechanical).
- Preferably having related experience at quality engineering in semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge in problem solving methodologies – 8D, 5WHY, FMEA.
- A certified internal or lead auditor for ISO 9001/14001:2015 is highly desirable.
- Work travel is required.
