Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role

Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement of quality, both in products and process flows.
  • Coordinate regular reviews with customers to understand their complaints on any quality issue of the products we shipped. In case of customer complaints, investigate and address their complaints accordingly in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate customer audits or visits for customer qualification or quality issues.
  • Ensure the products we shipped can meet or exceed customer’s quality requirements.
  • Able to manage and facilitate Company’s ISO 9001/14001:2015 QMS and EMS systems.
  • Able to manage different process teams to drive continuous improvements and manufacturing outputs.
  • Provide trainings for onboarding Inspection Operators.
Requirements:

Successful candidate will typically have the following skill set:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or (Mechanical).
  • Preferably having related experience at quality engineering in semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge in problem solving methodologies – 8D, 5WHY, FMEA.
  • A certified internal or lead auditor for ISO 9001/14001:2015 is highly desirable.
  • Work travel is required.
