Quality Assurance Engineer

Drive continuous improvement of quality, both in products and process flows.
Coordinate regular reviews with customers to understand their complaints on any quality issue of the products we shipped. In case of customer complaints, investigate and address their complaints accordingly in a timely manner.
Coordinate customer audits or visits for customer qualification or quality issues.
Ensure the products we shipped can meet or exceed customer’s quality requirements.
Able to manage and facilitate Company’s ISO 9001/14001:2015 QMS and EMS systems.
Able to manage different process teams to drive continuous improvements and manufacturing outputs.
Provide trainings for onboarding Inspection Operators.

Successful candidate will typically have the following skill set:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or (Mechanical).
Preferably having related experience at quality engineering in semiconductor industry.
Knowledge in problem solving methodologies – 8D, 5WHY, FMEA.
A certified internal or lead auditor for ISO 9001/14001:2015 is highly desirable.
Work travel is required.
