Advanced believes that the education and training of our young is the way to go in ensuring sustainability and continuation of our workforce. Therefore, we are very welcoming of students from ITE, polytechnics and local universities to join us for our internship and immersion programmes.
Internship Programmes
Through our internship programmes, students can glean first-hand experience of the work environment which enables them to apply knowledge, skill sets and techniques gained from the classroom. We provide OJT training for graduating students from ITEs and polytechnics, in order to prepare them for future employment. The guidance provided by our trainers are industry-relevant and empowers students with the necessary skills to integrate seamlessly with the workforce.
Immersion Programmes
We also have immersion programmes tailored for university undergrads who are interested in engaging with companies and gaining valuable industry experience during their term break. We welcome undergrads of any faculty to apply. Accepted applicants will be given exciting and challenging business development projects to hone their entrepreneurial, managerial and communication skills.
