About the Role

Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to answer enquiries on company’s products and services.
  • Customer relationship maintenance and complaint handling.
  • Prepare documents for shipping.
  • Be well-versed with purchase specifications of each customer.
  • To work closely with production line to ensure that customers’ orders can be fulfilled on time.
  • To assist in handling logistics and shipping of products.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in customer service.
  • Prior experience in logistics sector will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in MS Office suite compulsory.
  • Possess good communication and coordination skills
