About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to answer enquiries on company’s products and services.
- Customer relationship maintenance and complaint handling.
- Prepare documents for shipping.
- Be well-versed with purchase specifications of each customer.
- To work closely with production line to ensure that customers’ orders can be fulfilled on time.
- To assist in handling logistics and shipping of products.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in customer service.
- Prior experience in logistics sector will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in MS Office suite compulsory.
- Possess good communication and coordination skills
